Chef (Full Time)

Manouche is looking for a talented and motivated Chef to join our team. The Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring all meals are prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with the menu
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support when needed
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed
• Assist in menu development and food sourcing
• Assist with ordering and managing kitchen supplies
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef is desired
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
