

Business Development Manager
The Employee shall serve as Business Development Manager and shall perform the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with healthcare providers, travel partners, corporate clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
- Execute the Company's business development and sales strategy in alignment with the objectives and direction set by the Business Development Director and executive management.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives for the MedTrips platform.
- Represent the Company at international trade fairs, conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings, including travel abroad as reasonably required.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, close business agreements, and coordinate the drafting and execution of commercial contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to support business growth and successful partner onboarding.
- Identify commercial challenges, assess business risks, and proactively develop practical solutions to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Prepare tailored commercial offers, pricing proposals, and partnership agreements in accordance with Company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate client, prospect, and partnership records using the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure that all relevant commercial and supporting documentation is accurately maintained and submitted in accordance with the Company's internal procedures.
- Continuously develop market intelligence by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities within the medical tourism, healthcare, and travel sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network with healthcare providers, facilitators, insurers, tourism partners, government bodies, and industry associations.
- Gather and communicate market feedback, customer insights, and partner requirements to the Product and Development teams to support the continuous improvement of the MedTrips platform and services.
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Company that are consistent with the Employee's role and responsibilities.
