Bilingual Marketing Designer

The Role in a Nutshell

We are looking for a creative powerhouse and a strategic communicator to lead our digital outreach. In this role, you will be the primary driver of our visual identity and marketing execution using Odoo. You will design high-impact assets and manage their distribution through email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

No experience with Odoo? No problem. If you have the design chops and the marketing mindset, we will provide the necessary training to get you up to speed on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design: Create professional, high-conversion assets including digital mailshots, web banners, and graphics for SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
Odoo Campaign Management: Build and launch end-to-end marketing campaigns directly within the Odoo ecosystem (Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, and WhatsApp modules).
Bilingual Content Creation: Write, design, and proofread all marketing materials in both English and Spanish to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy.
Digital Asset Adaptation: Tailor creative content specifically for mobile and desktop viewing, ensuring designs are optimized for the Odoo platform’s delivery constraints.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified visual language across all digital touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

Design Excellence: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma/Canva for professional-grade marketing visuals.
Bilingual Mastery: Native or professional fluency in English and Spanish. You must be comfortable drafting marketing copy and translating design elements fluently in both languages.
Digital Marketing Savvy: An understanding of how to engage customers via direct digital channels (Email, SMS, and WhatsApp).
Tech-Adaptability: While experience with Odoo is a major plus, we are looking for someone tech-savvy who is eager to master the platform through our internal training.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Digital Asset Creation: Design high-impact graphics for email headers, web banners, and social-style posts.
Mobile-First Design: Create visuals specifically tailored for WhatsApp and SMS link previews, ensuring they are clear and legible on small screens.
Collateral Design: Produce digital posters and flyers that maintain a professional and consistent brand identity.
Campaign Building: Use the Odoo "drag-and-drop" editor to assemble professional email newsletters and marketing templates.
Direct Messaging: Schedule and deploy bulk SMS and WhatsApp marketing blasts directly through the Odoo interface.

Educational and skill requirements

Primary Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field (e.g., Visual Communications).
Language Certification: If not a native speaker, a certification in Spanish and English at a C1 or C2 level is highly desirable.
Digital Marketing Training: Certifications in Email Marketing, Digital Strategy, or CRM Management are a major plus
Design Software: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) or high-level proficiency in Figma/Canva for professional-grade assets.
CRM & Email Tools: Proven experience with Digital Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar). Note: Odoo-specific experience is a bonus, but they must show the ability to learn complex CRM software.
Mobile-First Marketing: Understanding of technical constraints for SMS and WhatsApp Business (character limits, image aspect ratios, and file size compression).
Copywriting: The ability to write high-converting "Calls to Action" and promotional headers in both languages without relying on automated translation tools.
