The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high-quality bar experience. The rehabilitation and regeneration of the former Farsons Brewery is the largest industrial conversion of its nature to be carried out on the island. Covering over 7,000 sqm of industrial space, the building includes a unique mix of office, food and beverage, retail, visitor experience, and events space cutting across 8 floors that used to play home to the brewing of some of Malta’s best-loved brands. Job Role:
Reporting to the Bar Manager, the selected candidates shall be responsible for keeping the bar clean and well stocked while keeping up to date with all current procedures and cocktail recipes to be able to assist and serve customers in the best possible way while providing a unique experience to all CISK TAP patrons. Main duties shall include:
