Bartender (Seasonal until October or Part Timer)

Noma Island is seeking experienced and passionate Bartenders to join our team for the upcoming season. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced premium hospitality environment and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
Restock supplies, glassware, ice, and garnishes.
Operate POS systems and handle payments.
Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Educational and skill requirements

Previous bartending experience in bars, restaurants, beach clubs, or events.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
Passion for hospitality and customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Candidates must currently be residing in Malta and available for immediate start.

✔ Must be available to work from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM on scheduled shifts.
✔ Must be willing to work approximately 50 hours per week.
✔ Must be available to work Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.
✔ Must currently reside in Malta and be available for an immediate start.
