TTI is seeking an Aviation and Financial Services Lawyer for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Advising clients on aviation and financial regulations, leasing structures, and financing arrangements
Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
Participating in cross-border transactions and working closely with international clients and stakeholders
Conducting legal research and supporting the wider team with strategic advice

Educational and skill requirements

A fully qualified and warranted lawyer in Malta
Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in aviation, finance, or commercial law
A strong command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset
A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
