Unitech Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced After Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating technical operations, and ensuring the efficient handling of after-sales services. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and technical submissions in accordance with company standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Acknowledge and respond to customer emails promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Manage customer cases, including data input and record maintenance, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Authorize escalation and priority levels for customer support cases when required.
• Provide after-sales support and respond professionally to customer complaints and enquiries.
• Coordinate the technical team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, visitors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Monitor the support case management process and collaborate closely with service personnel to ensure customer needs and priorities are addressed effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Maltese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
