Activity Leader - Leisure Department Open Vacancy (Part time Casual Contracts)

The Activity Leader is responsible for supporting students’ wellbeing, engagement, and participation in the school’s social and activity programme, helping to create a safe, structured, and enjoyable environment. The role is open to candidates aged 18 and over on a casual, part-time basis for the period March to August 2026.

To perform this role effectively, candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage groups of young people responsibly, and a clear awareness of safeguarding and duty-of-care principles. The position also requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic, international environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Accompany and supervise students on excursions and activities, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment at all times.

  • Support student welfare, responding to individual needs, assisting with issues or complaints, and reporting concerns to the Welfare team.

  • Encourage student participation and engagement in the social and leisure programme, ensuring students are present and accounted for.

  • Assist with arrivals, departures, and transport logistics, including airport transfers, pickups, and drop-offs when required.

  • Meet and brief new students, providing essential information about rules, schedules, and general programme arrangements.

  • Carry out administrative and operational tasks, including attendance records, headcounts, activity registers, and other documentation as required.

  • Maintain discipline and uphold safeguarding and safety standards, ensuring appropriate behaviour and promptly reporting incidents.

  • Support the overall operation of the programme, including preparation, set-up, and coordination of activities, while working closely with the Welfare and Operations teams.

Educational and skill requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • Any Past Experience working with teens
  • In possesion of First Aid course or any similiar courses
  • Proactive and Flexlible
  • Motivated to grow and be commited to work in a dynamic sector
